lovely staff perfect location missing towels broken shower
The staff are LOVELY. The location is PERFECT. I stayed in a standard double room. It was clean and had everything I needed.
I did find a problem with towels, there were not ENOUGH. The shower was not working.

Jackie was very friendly, and I appreciated the staff. The room and ensuite were very clean. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were nice. The bed was comfortable.
The sign on the door told me this. I had to walk to a different building to pick up the keys and check in.

i found a new coffee shop that just opened in the hotel it is very convenient the room included comfortable duvets and big pillows i also preferred the bathtub for bathing the staff were polite and always ready to assist with any questions.
i noticed slight dust accumulation in certain areas but the cleanliness was satisfactory overall

my room included everything necessary for a comfortable stay it was warm bright clean and quiet offering a relaxing environment i had plenty of space and felt at ease.

the staff were friendly and helpful i got a message instantly after requesting a room with minimal steps check-in was quick and efficient making my arrival seamless.

the staff was friendly. jackie and simon were really nice, friendly, and they were very helpful. they did plenty to help me. the other two gentleman on the front desk was helpful too.
